Privacy Policy
This notice explains, in plain English, what personal information Project One collects when you get in touch, why, and what you can do about it. Project One is a solo consultancy providing AI visibility monitoring to UK sports and health brands, and is the data controller for the information described here.
What I collect
The only personal data I collect is what you enter into the contact form: your name, your email address, and the brand or website details and message you choose to share. I don't collect anything else about you directly.
Why I collect it, and my lawful basis
I use this information to reply to your enquiry and, if we go on to work together, to provide the service. Under UK GDPR my lawful basis is legitimate interest for responding to enquiries, and performance of a contract once we agree to work together.
How long I keep it
If an enquiry doesn't lead to us working together, I delete it within 12 months. If we do work together, I keep the relevant records for the length of the engagement and for up to six years afterwards to meet legal and accounting obligations, then delete them.
Who it's shared with
I do not sell your data, and I do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. To run the site and respond to you, I use a small number of trusted service providers who process data on my behalf:

These providers may process data outside the UK; where they do, they rely on appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or equivalent.
Your rights
You have the right to ask for a copy of the data I hold about you, to have it corrected, or to have it deleted. You can also object to or restrict how it's used, and ask for it in a portable format. To exercise any of these, just email hello@projectone.me and I'll respond within one month.
If you're unhappy with how I've handled your data, you can complain to the UK's Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
